8. Shipping and Return Policy

Physical Products - Shipping

• Shipping times vary based on carrier and destination
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address details.

Returns & Exchanges (Physical Products)

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Refunds will be processed after inspection and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method.

Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

Digital Products Include:

• Downloadable materials (PDFs, workbooks, guides)

• Memberships, coaching programs, or community access

All digital products are non-refundable.

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final.
